ONSITE CALIBRATION AT YOUR SITE – Oakrange Engineering has provided professional OnSite Calibration services across the UK for over 40 years. We pride ourselves on the high standard of calibration testing that our fully trained engineers carry out. This ensures that our customers pass their dealer standard audits every time, while also providing value for money, knowing each tool is calibrated correctly and accurately.

Our Onsite Calibration Service:

On your first visit, we provide our customers with a hardback calibration file, which will be updated on every onsite calibration visit. To ensure all tools are relevant to British Standards, we calibrate every tool effectively and accurately. Our fully trained engineers have great knowledge of VAG, Mercedes, dealer standards. To ensure our customers are prepared for their audits, we carry out any adjustments together with repairs on site. On each visit, our engineer will work alongside each Service Manager to make sure all the required tools are calibrated. Once we have completed your calibration visit, all your certificates are uploaded to our 24/7 secure online portal. Copies of our quality certificate to ISO9001: 2008 are also provided.

Calibration Requirements and Equipment:

The minimum requirement for each visit is the calibration of torque wrenches and tyre inflators. It is of utmost importance to keep these tools calibrated with accurate and regular testing since they can affect a customer's vehicle safety. We calibrate all makes of equipment including oil dispensers, floor bays, wheel alignment and also wheel balancing equipment. VAS 5051B, VAS 6150, Bodyshop(PAS125). Our onsite calibration service is audited every year under ISO 9001 quality standards By IPAS independent quality auditors.
